Shi Jingmin, deputy director of the Science and Technology Advisory Committee of the Chinese Aeronautical Society, chief expert of general aviation drones, and former deputy inspector of the Equipment Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, systematically interpreted the policy orientation and regulatory path of industry development in his speech titled "China's Low-altitude Economy and Civil Aviation Equipment Management Policies and Regulations." Pan Yifeng, president of Guangzhou Zhongke Yuntu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., presented a speech titled "Building a Trillion-Dollar Digital Foundation for the Low-altitude Economy with Remote Sensing Network + Air Route Network," proposing innovative solutions for technology-enabled low-altitude economy.
