Recently, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Leshan Air Delivery Company and Hesheng Bianhe Qiang Village Company in Gaosun Township, Muchuan County, marking the official launch of Muchuan County's first "low-altitude economy + village company" application scenario. This initiative addresses transportation challenges

for forest and bamboo resources in remote mountainous areas, establishing a full industrial chain from resource development through low-altitude logistics to deep processing. The collaboration injects new vitality into rural revitalization efforts

At the signing ceremony, Gaosun Township's Hesheng Bianheqiang Village Company entered into a tripartite cooperation agreement with Leshan Air Drop Company, farmer representatives, and Shengye Planting Professional Cooperative. The agreement covers bamboo transportation, harvesting, and labor services. This initiative not only revitalizes over 5,000 mu (approximately 333 hectares) of idle bamboo forest resources but also activates rural surplus labor, achieving a win-win outcome for ecological and economic benefits.

"Located in a remote area with challenging geography, Bianhe Village previously struggled to transport and monetize bamboo. Now Qiangcun Company assists in exporting the bamboo, generating 100 yuan per ton. Additionally, we help with harvesting, earning an extra 200 yuan per ton. This has significantly boosted our income," said Xu Bangping, a villager from Bianhe Village in Gaosun Township, with a smile

According to Wang Fei, head of the Shengye Planting Professional Cooperative in Gushan Township, Bianhe village is rich in resources. The cooperative has established a unified management system for idle bamboo and tea forests. In peacetime, villagers can be organized to cut down bamboo forests and trim tea trees, so as to increase their income.

The "safe, efficient, green and intelligent" low-altitude transportation has increased the efficiency of forest and bamboo transportation in mountainous areas by more than three times, forming an integrated solution of "cutting, transporting and marketing", and helping to improve the quality and efficiency of village collective economy.

"Capitalizing on policy opportunities, Bianhe Village pioneered the establishment of a specialized low-altitude economy enterprise in the county. Through standardized and scaled operations, the company utilizes drone-powered hoisting systems to revitalize idle forest and bamboo resources, creating local employment opportunities for villagers while boosting collective economic income. Simultaneously, it promotes pre-land transfer agreements to achieve land resource 'reutilization,' paving the way for future industrial development," explained Tian Linzhao, Party Secretary of Bianhe Village in Gaosun Township.

Jiang Songli, chairman of Leshan Airdrop Technology Development Co., LTD., said that the Party committee and government of Gaosun Township and Qiangcun Company have made every effort to ensure the bamboo forest resources, information sorting, gathering of cutting workers and logistics support. It is this top-down consensus and efficient coordination that have cleared many obstacles for the smooth progress of the project.

Since the beginning of this year, Gaosun Township has been actively implementing the county's strategic plan to build and strengthen bamboo industry clusters. Seizing opportunities in low-altitude economic development, the township has driven innovative growth in village collective economies through Party-building initiatives. The project adopts an innovative operational model featuring "government guidance, market-driven operations, collective participation, and farmer benefits". Through coordinated management by the Village Development Company, resources are efficiently integrated. Upon completion, the initiative is expected to create over 100 local jobs, help more than 400 forestry households increase annual income by over 3,500 yuan, and boost the village's collective economy by more than 100,000 yuan annually.

"Taking advantage of the provincial-level support program, Bianhe Village has adopted a dual strategy this year. First, it invested drones into Leshan Air Drop Company as equity shares to secure profit dividends. Simultaneously, the village pioneered low-altitude economic applications by becoming the first in the county to operate under Leshan Air Drop Company's framework. Through an innovative pilot model where the village collective acts as a proxy for collecting forest bamboo materials, this initiative is projected to generate 10,000 tons of new raw materials annually, adding 100,000 yuan to the village's collective economy. These measures have successfully transformed Bianhe Village from a relatively underdeveloped economic entity," stated Yuan Yang, Party Committee Member, Organization Commissioner, and United Front Work Commissioner of Gaosun Township.

Taking this as an opportunity, Gaosun Township is accelerating the summarization and promotion of pilot experiences, aiming to establish the county's first low-altitude economy demonstration project within the year. This initiative seeks to deeply integrate the "low-altitude economy" with modern agriculture, rural tourism, and other industries, providing a replicable and scalable "Gaosun model" for regional industrial transformation and upgrading.
