On the morning of August 5, the newly completed Dukou Apartment at No. 14 Zhuyuan Lane, Dong District, Panzhihua City, revealed its new features. Upon entry, freshly painted walls come into view. Inside an over 80-square-meter unit, the living room is spacious and bright, with a full range of living facilities—including sofas, coffee tables, air conditioners, beds, and showers—all fully equipped.

"The apartment has fully upgraded its intelligent security system, featuring smart access control and 24-hour monitoring facilities to achieve dual safeguards of 'human patrol + technical defense,'" noted on-site staff of the Dukou Apartment project.

It is hard to imagine that this modern apartment was once an old residential building built in 1985.
Buildings 1 to 4 at No. 14 Zhuyuan Lane, having stood for decades, once suffered from problems like peeling exterior walls and tangled pipelines. This year, Dukou Group carried out a comprehensive renovation, reconfiguring the spatial layout, updating water and electricity pipelines, and improving supporting facilities—successfully transforming the former "old building" into a quality apartment.

"Thanks to its prime location and well-designed hardware and software facilities, the apartment has been well-received since its launch," said a relevant person in charge of Dukou Group. Dukou Apartment completed acceptance checks on July 24, and currently offers 52 rental apartments and 12 service apartments specifically designed for noon care needs. Since reservations opened, over 20 units have been booked, with three-bedroom units being the most sought-after and already fully rented.
It is reported that the apartment provides three types of units—one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom—to meet the needs of different tenants. According to the project plan, the first batch of tenants will move in successively starting from August 15.
"Since last year, the group has been exploring measures to revitalize idle assets. To date, it has renovated and put into operation 25 idle assets in Dong District," the person in charge added. Dukou Apartment is the first project independently operated and presented by the group. Once officially operational, it is expected to generate annual revenue of around 900,000 yuan, which will not only help preserve and increase the value of assets but also provide high-quality housing options to attract and retain talents in Dong District, injecting new vitality into regional development.
