On July 16, Sichuan Bangyouda Technology Co., Ltd. organized a special care action "Trade Union sends coolness, heat protection and health care", through three systems of material support, safety management and care services, to build a three-dimensional health protection network for workers, and effectively protect the health rights and interests of workers in high temperature environment.

In terms of hardware and material support, the company's labor union has implemented the "Workers First, Life First" development philosophy. They have customized exclusive "Cooling Kits" for employees working in high-temperature environments and outdoor operations, allocating over 20,000 yuan to purchase and distribute heatstroke prevention supplies including Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid, Rendan (a traditional Chinese medicine), sugar, and mineral water, ensuring precise delivery to frontline workers. Additionally, newly established "Cooling Stations" equipped with emergency medications and standardized rest areas have been fully operational, forming a comprehensive heatstroke prevention service network covering the entire factory complex.

The safety management system adopts a "dual-track" strategy: On one hand, it organizes heatstroke prevention training and emergency drills in conjunction with the "Ankang Cup" competition activities to enhance employees' self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities. On the other hand, it optimizes flexible working hours during high-temperature periods, arranges specialized health check-ups for key position workers, and strictly monitors the implementation of labor protection policies.

The company leadership has been actively engaged in frontline positions to provide caring services, earning high respect from employees. Prior to launching special care initiatives, they collected over 30 suggestions and invested more than 80,000 yuan in upgrading ventilation and cooling equipment. This effort achieved 100% coverage of workshop cooling facilities, bringing refreshing coolness to workers and ensuring they promptly receive care and support from both the company's Party committee, government, and "family-like" environment.

Through the integrated model of "material support + safety management + care services", the trade union of Sichuan Bangyouda Technology Co., Ltd. has benefited over 2,000 employees, significantly enhancing their sense of fulfillment, happiness, and security.
