In order to strengthen labor cooperation between Yuecheng and Mabian and help rural revitalization, the General Trade Union of Mabian Yi Autonomous County and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the county recently visited Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City in Zhejiang Province to send summer care to migrant workers from Mabian who are working in Yuecheng.

The County Federation of Trade Unions and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau held a cordial symposium with 20 migrant worker representatives at the Yuecheng District HRSS Bureau. They conducted in-depth discussions about work conditions, living standards, and practical needs, while providing detailed explanations of policies on care services and rights protection. The delegation received 16,000 yuan in consolation funds and 4,000 yuan worth of gifts. The workers expressed gratitude for the local government's support, pledging to uphold their hardworking spirit and dedication in their respective positions as a way to repay the Party and government's care for migrant workers. Meanwhile, the County Federation of Trade Unions visited Shaoxing Human Resources Industrial Park to meet with Ji Keluo Pi, a provincial model worker and legal representative of Shaoxing Lingyue Labor Service Co., Ltd.

In addition, the delegation also visited the Yuecheng District Mass Activities Center to learn from advanced experience and strengthen the exchange of work between the two trade unions.

This initiative marks a significant step by the Mabian Federation of Trade Unions to enhance services for migrant workers, building a "bridge of hearts" between their hometowns and overseas communities. Moving forward, the federation will continue addressing workers' needs, developing sustainable support mechanisms, strengthening partnerships with local trade unions, and truly becoming the "family-like support system" for migrant workers.
