In June 2022, when facing a tight deadline for a Guangzhou project, he led his team in 72 consecutive hours of intense work. By innovatively combining TIG welding with laser tracking technology, they boosted the first-pass welding qualification rate from 82% to 90%. That year alone, Hu Jinyuan spearheaded 17 critical equipment upgrades, generating direct economic benefits of 6.8 million yuan. His tangible achievements have set a benchmark for professional excellence, while his story has inspired young employees to embrace technical challenges and carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship.

In 2023, fire extension machines in multiple regions faced frequent customer complaints due to subpar performance. At this critical juncture, Hu Jinyuan rose to the challenge. Through process improvements and innovative solutions, he successfully reduced the originally two-day construction period to just 28 hours. During the acceptance inspection, the Shanghai project manager exclaimed: "This is simply a miracle! Master Hu not only shortened the timeline but also enhanced the equipment's stability and practicality. This collaboration has truly allowed us to experience what authentic craftsmanship truly means!"
