As a pilot township for the 'Family Affection Work Method' in the county, Yiping Township has divided the entire township into 23 residential areas, establishing 'agricultural information stations at the doorstep' to create a four-level governance system of 'township, village, group, and station.' Through a mechanism of 'public recommendation + organizational assessment,' station chiefs are selected from among veteran Party members, retired officials, and local virtuous figures. These chiefs are supported by resident cadres and village leaders, forming a team of '1 chief + 1 cadre + 1 village leader.' The township coordinates donations and welfare funds as operational expenses, standardizes the signage of each station, and implements standardized construction with 'clarifying roles, measures, and outcomes,' extending the reach of governance directly to the people's doorsteps.

To build 'three teams' at stations, households, and posts, aiming to enhance the quality and efficiency of grassroots governance. At the township and village levels, teams composed of cadres and station chiefs are formed to collect public sentiment. A platform for villagers 'discussions is established through the' Villagers 'Deliberation Meeting,' and a closed-loop mechanism for 'collection, sorting, handling, and feedback' is set up. Each site forms a volunteer service team, conducting orderly volunteer activities monthly to promote civilized concepts and foster a civilized rural atmosphere. Efforts are also made to cultivate and reserve a team of grassroots reserve talents. Currently, 13 reserve cadres have been trained, and 6 have undergone on-the-job training, infusing new vitality into grassroots governance.

Policy promotion to touch hearts. A 'Family Affection Promotion Team' was formed to explain policies on elderly care, medical insurance, industrial assistance, and social customs changes in local dialects. They organized 12 promotional meetings, helping 115 people complete the interrupted pension contributions. Through a family-like interaction of 'you speak, I listen; you ask, I answer,' they helped bridge the gap between policy and public understanding.

Monthly 'Public Deliberation Meetings' are held to gather wisdom and strength. These meetings provide a platform for villagers to speak their minds, share difficulties, and offer suggestions, transforming them from bystanders into active participants in governance. A dynamic management system for the 'List of Public Concerns' is implemented, with a closed-loop mechanism that ensures timely clarification, precise assignment, timely completion, and feedback on results, ensuring that every public concern is addressed and resolved. Since the beginning of this year, five deliberation meetings have been held, 24 concerns have been collected, and 18 have been resolved, achieving a resolution rate of 75%. This has led to a new governance model where minor issues are resolved within the station, and major issues are addressed within the village.

Family affection is a true gift. The traditional virtue of 'distant relatives are not as helpful as close neighbors' has been transformed into a 'family affection protection' service network. The station chief leads the 'family affection pairing' initiative, organizing party members, enthusiastic citizens, and volunteers to provide one-to-one or many-to-one support for special groups, offering daily assistance to the elderly and children. A 'family affection station' has been established, where volunteers regularly provide services such as collective birthday celebrations, regular medical care, and routine cultural and sports activities for the elderly and children. To date, this initiative has provided a warm haven for the physical and mental well-being of 600 people.

The selection criteria include 'cleanliness, hygiene, greening, civility, and harmony.' The 'red-black list' is used to publicize the results, stimulating enthusiasm for competition, learning, and catching up. This initiative aims to create a beautiful countryside where people can enjoy flowers when they go out, have scenic views when they enter the village, and live in clean homes.

Neighborhood mutual assistance warms hearts. By tapping into local experts and skilled farmers, a 'kinship technology mentoring team' has been formed to promote income growth through the sharing and exchange of agricultural techniques and tools. To date, three field training sessions and one promotion event for high-quality local products have been organized, encouraging 200 households to sign agricultural product orders. Additionally, a production mutual assistance group called 'kinship mutual aid' has been established to address labor shortages during the busy farming season through 'work exchange and partnership,' thereby achieving dual improvements in increased production and income as well as rural cultural advancement.

Next, the township will follow the requirements of the county-wide mobilization and deployment meeting for deepening the Party leadership in heart-to-heart complaint handling reform and the 'Ebian Governance' work promotion meeting. By integrating these efforts with the specific conditions of Yiping, the township will continue to deepen the 'Family Affection Work Method,' effectively addressing both major and minor issues affecting the local community.
