On June 27, the city-wide workers 'speech contest organized by the Leshan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions concluded successfully. The competition, themed' The Chinese Dream · The Beauty of Labor —— Uniting Hearts and Casting Souls to Follow the Party, Striving Together for a New Journey, 'aimed to spread positive energy by praising the Party's achievements, the country's beauty, and the value of labor. It also sought to rally the labor enthusiasm of workers for the new chapter of building a modern socialist Leshan through workers' culture. Thirty-two contestants from various districts, counties, and industries gathered to share touching stories of dedication, courage, and loyalty, all centered around the theme and their personal work experiences.

The Leshan High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions placed great importance on this competition, carefully organizing and selecting the participants. Zhao Yiping, a participant from the High-tech Zone, performed exceptionally well in the competition. Her speech, titled 'Seeing the Splendor, How Can One Not Be Happy,' vividly depicted scenes and delivered a passionate and dynamic speech, highlighting her and her colleagues' struggles and achievements in their work. This speech promoted the spirit of model workers, labor, and craftsmanship, earning enthusiastic applause from the judges and audience.

After fierce competition and on-site selection by judges, Zhao Yiping stood out among many contestants and won the third prize. This is not only an affirmation of the personal ability of the contestants, but also a demonstration of the achievements of the staff culture construction of Leshan High-tech Zone General Trade Union.

After the competition, Zhao Yiping said that she gained a lot from the competition. Through the exchange and discussion with other excellent players, she saw her own shortcomings and defined the direction of her efforts.
